Welcome to the Diamond Chef website (hereinafter: “the Website”).
Use of the Website and the services provided therein constitutes full and unconditional agreement to the terms outlined below.
These Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and are intended for all genders.
1. General
1.1 The Website is operated by Diamond Chef Ltd., with offices located at 5–56 Delvers Walter St., Jerusalem.
1.2 The Website serves as an online store for the sale of kitchen, cooking, and hosting products.
1.3 These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user/customer and the company.
1.4 The company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion, and changes shall take effect upon publication on the Website.
1.5 Browsing the Website and/or purchasing products constitutes confirmation that the user has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Orders & Purchases
2.1 Product purchases are made by completing an online order form on the Website.
2.2 To process an order, the customer must provide full, accurate, and up-to-date personal details.
2.3 The company reserves the right to cancel a transaction or prevent a purchase in cases including, but not limited to:

2.4 Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations between images and the actual product may occur.
3. Payment
3.1 All prices listed on the Website include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment may be made via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods displayed on the Website.
3.3 The company does not store customers’ credit card details. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system.
3.4 The transaction will be charged only after approval from the credit card company.
4. Delivery & Shipping
4.1 The company undertakes to deliver products in accordance with the shipping policy published on the Website.
4.2 Delivery times are calculated from the date of transaction approval.
4.3 The company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, or failures of third-party delivery services.
4.4 Shipping fees will be charged according to the options selected during checkout.
5. Order Cancellation & Returns
5.1 Customers may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
5.2 Cancellation may be made via an online form on the Website or by contacting customer service.
5.3 Products may be returned only if unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a purchase invoice.
5.4 If the cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply.
5.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the cancellation request is received.
6. Warranty & Customer Service
6.1 Certain products may include a warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s or importer’s policy, as detailed on the product page.
6.2 The company is not responsible for indirect damages or issues resulting from improper use of products.
6.3 Customer service is available Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, via phone or email.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Website and its content belong exclusively to the company.
7.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8.1 Customer information is handled in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms and any use of the Website shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law.
9.2 Exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent courts in the Jerusalem District.
