Delivery times are calculated from the date the transaction is approved.

The company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, shipping company disruptions, or circumstances beyond its control.

Shipping fees will be charged according to the options presented at checkout.

 

Shipping Fee Errors and Oversized Shipments

The Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure that shipping charges displayed on the Website accurately reflect the weight, volume, number of cartons, delivery destination, and applicable shipping conditions for each order.

However, in exceptional circumstances, technical malfunctions, system errors, pricing inaccuracies, or calculation errors may result in an incorrect shipping charge being displayed or applied at checkout.

If such an error is identified after an order has been placed, the Company reserves the right to contact the Customer in order to correct the shipping charge based on the actual shipping cost.

If the parties are unable to reach an agreement regarding the corrected shipping charge, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of all amounts paid, using the original method of payment, without any additional liability or obligation to provide compensation.
