Returns & Refund Policy

Product returns may be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, complete, and without any signs of use.

In the case of a defective product, customers must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with the Site Regulations and subject to applicable law.

A return shipping fee of ₪39.90 will be charged to the customer, unless customer service determines and approves a free return due to a defect or similar issue.
